My Pink is for Power Sweater!

I did it! I finished my Pink is for Power sweater! AND. I. LOVE. IT!!!!! It’s the perfect marriage of design and yarn. The lace pattern just pops, due to Weld’s amazing stitch definition. So much so that I could easily have gotten away with not blocking it. I think it will definitely be a wardrobe staple for me when the weather cools off.

And did you SEE that color? It’s called Juniper. I wanted to knit something in it from the moment I saw it. The earthy deep green made me think of being outside, evergreens, and hot chocolate! All things that make my heart sing.

If you are looking for a portable sweater project to take with you on trips this summer, you should definitely consider this sweater. It’s an interesting construction and lace pattern without being too difficult of a knit.
