How can you resist these amazing variegated and speckled colors? Each one is a "must have" as far as I am concerned! I paired it with a fingering weight for the Forsythian sweater to create a gorgeous colorwork yoke and it paired beautifully! It is technically a Sport but works with a heavier fingering, making it incredibly versatile. I also have almost half a skein left after the yoke meaning I could also add colorwork to the hem and sleeves! |
This yarn is the ultimate squishy yarn. It is unbelievably soft. As someone who has a hard time wearing wool next to my skin, I can honestly say that I have no problems whatsoever with this particular yarn! If you are the same, you should definitely try this yarn for your next garment or accessory. This particular sport weight yarn is perfect for doing colorwork for sweaters. It can be used with DK as well as for fingering weight yarn projects. It's truly versatile. It's a great addition to your stash. Pick some colors you can't live without and buy one hank of each... it'll go a long way for your contrast color in your colorwork projects. And did you notice the colors it comes in? LITLG has an amazing eye for mixing colors and creating variegated and semi solid yarns that are truly breathtaking. |
